There are several common reasons why a payment may fail:
PayPal:
User not complete authorization (insufficient funds, an expired card, unverified details, etc).

  • Payment declined.
  • Invalid card number.
  • Transaction failed - invalid account.
  • Insufficient balance.
Please note that your payment information is fully protected by PayPal and your card issuer - security is a top priority. Most payment failures are simply the result of risk control systems doing their job, and can usually be resolved quickly.

What is PD?
PD (Pupillary Distance) is the distance between the centers of your two pupils, measured in millimeters. This measurement helps us align prescription lenses correctly for comfortable vision.
How do I choose a prescription lens index?
Lens index measures how efficiently light bends through the prescription lens. The higher a lens' index is, the thinner it becomes.
You can find more details in the eyeglass lens index guide.
What if my prescription is expired?
We require a current, valid prescription for prescription eyewear. If your prescription is expired, please visit an eye doctor or optometrist to get an updated prescription before placing your order.
If you have a special situation, contact us at info@optiout.com and we will help confirm what is acceptable.
