Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shopping experience at OptiOut, no matter where you live. If you would like to request a return, replacement or refund, please keep the followings in mind: 

OptiOut offers a 365-day warranty (it's determined by the delivery date) for products that have clear defects in material and workmanship, and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

If it is the incomplete or incorrect address information that cause shipment delays or the package damage, OptiOut will be not responsible for any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.

If you do not absolutely love the item you ordered for any reason, we gladly offer returns and free exchanges service. Please make sure the product is BRAND NEW unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.

Order Change & Cancellation:

  • 1 hour after placing order: free change or cancellation;
  • order on processing: can't be changed or cancelled, otherwise 20% of frame price and 40% of prescription lenses price will be cut;
  • order is ready for shipping: can't be changed or cancelled, otherwise 20% of frame price and 80% of prescription lenses price will be cut.

Exchange, Return & Refund:

If the received product is brand new, contact us within 30 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange or return. Emails received after 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will response within 24 hours on business days.

Please email us with photos of the item for our reference.

For any price difference between the items exchanged, we will either charge you the additional amount or refund the overcharge. And we may charge a shipping fee for the exchanged item.

No restocking fee will be charged.

  • For quality issues, return for a one-time replacement pair of equal value, or request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For non-quality issues, customers will be responsible for all incurred fees including round shipping fee, transaction fee, etc. Regarding order with prescription lenses, the eyewear has been a customized item and won't be available for anyone else, so please understand the price of prescription lenses can't be refunded; the frame price can be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please ensure you fully understand what you are ordering before purchasing to avoid any dissatisfaction.
  • Duty of package lost: the customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages and we have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees including shipping fee, transaction fee, etc. The specific shipping fee is based on the shipping method/company the customer choose.
  • If the return is caused by OptiOut such as the goods received are damaged, defective or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the related fees for this reason.
