Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
1. Processing Time
1-2 business days for non-prescription eyewear;
3-5 business days for prescription eyewear;
5-7 business days for polarized prescription eyewear;
5-7 business days for custom lenses for high prescriptions(SPH ±7.00+ or CYL ±3.00+).
2. Shipping Time
Shipping logistics providers: USPS, local Post, local carriers, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. Based on their availability and responsiveness at different time, we would choose the most suitable one to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping time may vary due to unexpected factors like adverse weather, public holidays, remote areas and islands or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
After placing your order, keep these in mind:
- Please keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam folder/junk email) to avoid delays - we’ll send updates about your shipment, and may contact you if there is something requiring your confirmation.
- If your package hasn’t arrived by the promised delivery time, please email us immediately at info@optiout.com so we can resolve this in time.
Customs & Taxes
The product price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery. When the duties and taxes are increased in your countries/regions and far more than we can afford, we may charge that but we would check with you via email before shipping.
If you have any questions, please contact us - info@optiout.com. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.
Note
1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Sometimes, popular items in our warehouse may sell out quickly, so we would re-stock them from our factory. In this case, the processing time may be extended to 2-4 days but we would keep you updated via email.
3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us within 3 days after receiving your order.
Orders Tracking
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Update email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.
