You can choose one type or a combination of them. 

Do I need a prescription to order glasses online at OptiOut?

If you need vision corrections, yes. Your prescription eyewear is tailor-made to your vision needs. To make your eyewear to perfection, we'll need a copy of your current prescription.

How to choose prescription lens index?

Lens index measures how efficiently light bends through the prescription lens. The higher a lens' index is, the thinner it becomes. Here is a quick reference chart; and you can find more details in eyeglass lens index guide.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, etc.

How long do it takes for me to receive it?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

1. Processing Time:

0-3 business days for items with non-prescription lenses;
3-5 business days for items with prescription lenses;
5-7 business days for items with progressive/bifocal lenses or prism correction; 
5-7 business days for items with high prescriptions(SPH ±7.00+ or CYL ±3.00+).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a shipment update email will be sent to you with all your tracking needs. You can track your items by the email you received, OptiOut order tracking page, or the carrier's official website.
